Delivery dates are estimated by Canada Post and are to be used for reference only.
Shipping costs are calculated by Canada Post, and depend on the item's weight, dimensions, destination, and the shipping method you have chosen.
If your item(s) have not arrived within a reasonable amount of time, and you have been provided a tracking number, please contact Canada Post at 1-866-511-0546. You can also use your tracking number on www.canadapost.ca
We do not resend products or file "Missing Product/Package" claims unless the package has not arrived after a minimum 6 weeks from shipping date.

No Refunds or Store Credit
All Returns are EXCHANGE ONLY at this time!
All exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date listed on your receipt!
Merchandise CANNOT be returned if worn or washed and MUST be accompanied by the original receipt and packaging/tags still attached!
Cds/Vinyls are all FINAL SALE!
